We ship everywhere in New Zealand, including rural delivery. Once dispatched, standard NZ Post timeframes apply. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates:

• Main centres: 2 to 3 business days
• Regional and rural areas: 3 to 5 business days
• Rural delivery costs nothing extra for standard-sized items. Larger or heavier items may have an oversized freight charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders of $100 or more (including GST) get free standard shipping NZ-wide.

What we accept returns for:

• Faulty or defective goods. Contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can put it right quickly. This is a request, not a limit on your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• Wrong item sent. Contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Damaged in transit. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Early photos help us claim with the courier. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

What we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect fitment ordered. Checking a part fits your exact vehicle is your responsibility before ordering. If you are not sure, ask us first and we will check it for you.
• Clearance lots sold as described, except where there is a material misdescription.

Some of our stock is New Old Stock. Brand new, never installed parts sourced from NZ trade and distributor warehouse clearances. Packaging may show signs of storage age; this is normal for warehouse clearance stock and is not a fault.
