Brake pad wear sensor for the Volkswagen group. Bosch 1 987 474 512, trade number AP612, made in Germany. One sensor per bag, with a 170mm lead.New old stock. Never fitted. Years in the bag, none on the road.This is a wear sensor, not brake pads. It is the small plug and wire that runs into the pad. When the pad wears down it puts the dashboard warning light on. Pads are sold separately.The Bosch box says Audi, but this sensor is used right across the group. The OE data lists it against the Audi A3 8V and 8Y, Q2, Q3 and TT. It also covers the VW Golf 8, Arteon and T-Roc. On the Skoda side it is the Octavia, Superb, Karoq and Kodiaq.
