Fitting With the radio off, remove the top nut from the aerial. Turn the radio on so the old mast drives up, then pull it out with its cord. With the radio still on, feed the new cord in with the teeth facing the motor. Turn the radio off. The mast will draw itself down. Refit the sleeve and top nut, then check it runs fully up and down. Borg & Beck BTR5631 inner rack end for the Opel and Vauxhall Astra J, 2009 to 2015. Replaces GM 13314465 and Opel 16 09 029. New old stock, never fitted. The box shows storage age. The part is new and unused. Two in stock. Fits left or right side. What it is. The inner tie rod, or axial joint, that screws into the end of the steering rack. The outer tie rod end threads onto its other end. A worn inner joint gives a clunk through the wheel and loose, wandering steering. Play in the joint is a WoF fail. Check your number first. The Astra J uses two inner rack ends that look almost the same. This one is 13314465 (Delphi TA2699), listed for cars with active steering. The other is 13286687 (Delphi TA2698, Borg & Beck BTR5650). Match the number on your old part or rack before you buy. The 75.40 on the label looks like two digits swapped, so we quote 74.5. What it fits. GMB match GUK-13 to GM part 96624772. GM use that number on the Captiva and Antara propshaft. In New Zealand that means the Holden Captiva, including the Captiva 5, Captiva 7 and MaXX. The same car was sold as the Chevrolet Captiva, Opel Antara and Daewoo Winstorm. The label names the 2.4 petrol. We have not confirmed the V6 or diesel shafts, so measure those. Staked, sealed for life. No circlips and no grease nipple. The yoke gets peened over each cap. Bosch HR8DCV+ spark plug. Bosch stock number 79016, trade number 30, part number 0 242 229 737. Nine in stock.This one has a tapered seat, not a gasket. That is the important bit. A taper seat plug has no washer. It wedges into a matching cone in the head, and it needs far less torque than a gasket plug. The box tells you as much with 15 degrees and 20 Nm, where every gasket seat plug on our shelf says 90 degrees and 28 Nm.Read the torque before you fit it. The box gives 15 ft lb. Bosch's own published range is 15 to 29 ft lb for a cast iron head but only 8 to 14 for aluminium. So on an alloy head the figure on the box is already above what Bosch recommend. Look up your engine and use that number, not the carton.Where it goes. The Holden Calais and HSV with the Ecotec V6, and the Chevrolet Impala, roughly 1993 to 2004. Also the Ford Escape and the Ford Fusion 3.0 V6.
