Bosch Toyota Corolla Corona LiteAce 1C 2C Glow Plug - GPT-222
Genuine Bosch GPT-222 glow plug. Bosch part number F005X12998. Made in Japan. Forty in stock, which is the deepest single line we hold.Toyota 1C and 2C diesel. Crosses to Toyota 19850-64020, listed against: Corolla and Sprinter, CE91 Corona, CT170 Caldina, CT190 LiteAce Camry diesel Toyota 2J forklift engines Daihatsu use the same number. Rated at 12 volts.Forty means you can do a whole fleet. Four cylinders to an engine, so this is ten complete sets. If you run forklifts or a yard full of old diesel Toyotas, that is worth knowing. We also stock the GPT-233, and the two get confused. That one is Toyota 19850-64050 at 11 volts. This one is 19850-64020 at 12 volts. Both are C series Toyota diesels, and some chassis codes turn up against both in aftermarket listings. The cylinder head casting is what actually settles it, not the model name and not the badge. If you are not certain, send us the engine code or the rego.Genuinely old stock. Bosch Toyota Caldina Carina Corolla Diesel Glow Plug - GPT-233
Genuine Bosch GPT-233 glow plug. Bosch part number F005X13002. Made in Japan. Five in stock.Toyota C series diesel. It crosses to Toyota 19850-64050, listed against the Caldina, Carina, Corolla and Avensis. On the Carina the chassis codes given are CT150, CT170, CT170G and CT177, which are the 2C diesel cars. Daihatsu use the same number. These are import territory. Diesel Caldinas and Corollas came here in real numbers and a lot are still running around as cheap, economical wagons. Parts for them are getting harder to find.Rated at 11 volts. Worth knowing, because glow plug voltage is not something to guess at. If your system is running a different voltage plug, it is not the right part no matter what the thread looks like. The engine code decides this, not the model name. Toyota fitted several different glow plugs across the C series and the related diesels, and the cylinder head casting is what settles it. Read the code off the block, or send us the rego and we will check it against the number.Replace the full set. Glow plugs wear out together. One failed plug usually means the rest are close behind, and taking the same parts off twice is nobody's idea of a good weekend.Other numbers. Toyota and Daihatsu 19850-64050. Denso 0671001860. Bosch Toyota Hilux Hiace 2L-TE Glow Plug - Bosch GPT-235
Genuine Bosch GPT-235 glow plug. Bosch part number F005X13004. Made in Japan. Four in stock.Toyota 2L-TE, the 2.4 turbo diesel. It crosses to Toyota 19850-54110 and 19850-54130, listed against the Hilux, Hiace and Land Cruiser with that engine. Plenty of those arrived here as imports and a lot are still working. The engine code decides this, not the model. This is the part that trips people up on Toyota diesels. The 2L, 2L-T, 2L-TE, 3L and 5L are all related engines but they do not all take the same glow plug. The choice comes down to the cylinder head casting, not the badge on the back of the ute. The 5L and 5L-E use a different plug entirely. Get the engine code off the block and check it against the number, or send us the rego and we will do it.Replace all of them at once. Glow plugs age together. If one has failed the others are not far behind, and pulling the same parts apart twice is a poor use of an afternoon. A four cylinder needs four.Other numbers. Toyota 19850-54110 and 19850-54130. HKT CP-20.Off the box Bosch GPT-235 Bosch part number F005X13004, suffix 4BH Made in Japan Barcode 9311831040099 FitmentToyota 2L-TE 2.4 diesel. Rego or engine code through and we will confirm it before anything ships.Fitting Work on a cold engine. A hot head and a seized glow plug is how they snap off. If one feels tight, stop and soak it rather than leaning harder. A broken glow plug in the head is a cylinder head off job. Do not overtighten. They go in with far less than you would think. While you are there, check the glow plug relay. A dead relay kills a new set of plugs just as fast as an old one. Best fitted by a qualified mechanic.

Bosch Toyota Estima Previa TCR Rear Brake Pads - Bosch BP2075
Genuine Bosch BP2075 brake pad set. Bosch part 0 986 AB2 075, also catalogued as DB1213BL. Nine complete sets here.Rear axle, and the box never says so. Every application Bendix list against DB1213 is rear axle. The box does not print the axle, so it is worth saying plainly before anything else.Check your Estima has rear discs. This is the part that catches people out. The TCR Estima and Previa were sold both ways, and only the four wheel disc cars take these pads. The rest run drums at the back and need shoes instead. Have a look behind the rear wheel before you order.Where it goes. The box names Toyota Estima 1990 to 1999 and Previa from January 1990. Bendix break that down further for the rear axle: TCR10 and TCR11, 2.4 petrol, 1990 to 1996, 102kW TCR20 and TCR21, 2.4 four wheel drive, 1990 to 1996 TCR20R and TCR21R, 2.4 four wheel drive, 1990 to 1993, 97kW The two door TCR10 and TCR11 wagon All of those with the standard four wheel disc setup. Bendix add a note that some listings suit models up to October 1993 only, which is another reason to check the car rather than the year.Plenty of these in New Zealand. The Estima came here in numbers as an import and they are still working vans. Nine sets is a sensible holding.Off the box Bosch BP2075, catalogue number DB1213BL Bosch part number 0 986 AB2 075, suffix HX6 One complete set Asbestos free Robert Bosch GmbH, Karlsruhe. NGK Toyota Camry Corolla Spark Plugs, Pack of 4 - NGK BCPR5EP-11
Genuine NGK Laser Platinum spark plugs, part number BCPR5EP-11. NGK stock number 2097. Pack of 4.Eight packs of these, all sealed. The grey card has gone soft and marked at the edges from years of being shuffled about a shelf. Open one and the plugs are bright.Toyota. Listed for the Camry of 1987 to 1991 and the Corolla of 1985 to 1989. Both are four cylinder, so one pack is a full set. The Toyota part number is 90919-01122, which is the quickest way to check yours. That published list is from the North American market. New Zealand got a lot of Japanese imports from those years, and plug specifications can differ between markets. Pull one out and check it against the numbers below before you order.Reading the code. BCPR5EP-11 spells itself out. BC is a 14mm thread with a 16mm hex, and P means the insulator projects into the chamber. R means there is a resistor, 5 is the heat range, E sets the reach at 19mm, the second P is the platinum, and -11 is the 1.1mm gap it comes set to.Specification 14mm thread, 1.25mm pitch, gasket seat 19mm reach, 16mm hex, solid terminal Gap set at 1.1mm Heat range 5, resistor type at 5 kilohms, projected tip Platinum on both the centre and ground electrodes Platinum on both electrodes is what makes these last. Plain copper wears its gap wider as it goes. These hold their setting, and NGK rate the range at around 100,000km.Heat range 5 is a step hotter than the more common 6. If your car came with a 5, stay with a 5. Fitting a 6 because it was on the shelf is how people end up chasing a cold start problem.Other numbers for the same plug. Denso PQ16R, PQ16R13, PQ16R8, PQ16TT and IQ16TT. Beck/Arnley 176-5167. NGK's own stock number is also seen as 5230 in some catalogues, so search either.FitmentAnything specified for NGK BCPR5EP-11, NGK 2097 or Toyota 90919-01122. Give us the rego and we will check it for you.Fitting Cold engine, always. Supplied at 1.1mm. Confirm that is what your manual wants. Keep the feeler gauge off the platinum tip. Hand start every thread, then torque. Alloy heads do not forgive.
