Description
Genuine Bosch Blue Line rear brake pads. Trade number DB2331BL, Bosch number 0986AB3538, catalogue reference BP3538N. New old stock, never fitted. The box shows storage age. The pads are new and unused.
Five sets only. A set does the rear axle, both sides.
Check your handbrake before you order. DB2331 is listed for Mazda 3 BM and BN without the electric park brake. If your car has an electric park brake, the button rather than the lever, you need DB2495 instead. Both were sold over the same years, so the badge will not tell you. Look at the centre console.
Also badged Axela. Plenty of these came in as Japanese used imports wearing the Mazda Axela or Axela Sport name. Same car, same pad.

Fitment
Mazda 3 BM and BN rear axle without electric park brake, and the Axela equivalents. Anything calling for DB2331 or DB2331BL. Send us your rego and we will check it against the number.
Fitting
- Confirm you have a manual handbrake lever, not an electric park brake button.
- Pads go in axle sets. Replace both sides together or the car will pull.
- Check the discs. New pads on a lipped disc will not bed properly.
- Bed them in gently for the first couple of hundred kilometres.
Best fitted by a qualified mechanic.
