Outer CV joint for the Nissan Primera, Bluebird and Avenir. HDK NI-035, also written NI-35, made in Japan.

Never fitted. New old stock with storage marks on the carton.

Sizes off the HDK box: 25 teeth inside, a 56 mm seal, 27 outer spline teeth, 77 mm body. There is no ABS ring on it.

It replaces the genuine Nissan outer joint 39211-5J000. Parts catalogues list that Nissan number for these cars:

  • Nissan Primera P11 and WP11 wagon, 1995 to 2001.
  • Nissan Primera P12, 2001 to 2005.
  • Nissan Bluebird U14, 1996 to 2001.
  • Nissan Avenir W11, 1998 to 2005.
  • Nissan Prairie M12, Presage U30, Bassara and Serena C24.

This one has no ring. Plenty of these cars were built with ABS and want a joint that carries one. Count the splines on yours and check before you order, or send the rego to us.

Fitting

  • Clean the splines off and use the circlip that came with it.
  • Grease the joint, fit the boot, then crimp both ends.
  • Axle nut done up to the workshop figure.
  • Full lock both ways, listening at the wheel you worked on.
  • Best fitted by a qualified mechanic.

    When will my order be delivered?

    We ship to New Zealand addresses only, including rural delivery. Orders are
    dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, NZ Post usually takes 2–3
    business days to main centres and 3–5 business days to regional and rural areas.
