ABS outer CV joint for the Nissan AD Van, Sunny and Wingroad. HDK NI-062A42, also written NI-62A42.

Never fitted. It has sat in the box long enough to show on the outside only.

It has 23 teeth inside, a 55 mm seal and 25 outer spline teeth, at about 169 mm long. The A42 means a 42 tooth ABS ring.

It replaces the genuine Nissan outer joint 39211-2N500 and 39211-2N560. Parts catalogues list it for these cars:

  • Nissan AD Van Y11 2.2 diesel, 1999 to 2004, including 4WD.
  • Nissan Sunny B15, 1998 to 2002, including the 2.2 diesel.
  • Nissan Wingroad Y11 1.5, 1999 to 2005.
  • Nissan Sunny B14, Presea R11 and Pulsar N15, mid 1990s.

Same size, different rings. Nissan fitted several joints this size to these cars, some with another ring count and some with none. Count the splines and check the ring on yours. Or give us the rego and we will look.

Fitting

  • Splines wiped down, new circlip seated in its groove.
  • Grease the joint and fill the boot before you clamp it.
  • Axle nut to the Nissan figure.
  • The 42 tooth ring has to be clean or the ABS will throw a fault.
  • Best fitted by a qualified mechanic.

    We ship to New Zealand addresses only, including rural delivery. Orders are
    dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, NZ Post usually takes 2–3
    business days to main centres and 3–5 business days to regional and rural areas.
